Copycat Hibachi Ginger Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoon fresh ginger root
  • ½ cup yellow onion
  • cup low sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in the cup of a smoothie blender or mini food processor. Blend for 1 minute or until the ginger sauce is well combined.
