Ingredients

  • 2 pounds skirt steak
  • cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon goyo adobo
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Combine all of the marinade ingredients and store well.
  • Place your meat in a large plastic bag and pour the marinade over. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 4-8 hours for maximum flavor.
