Mixed Berry Parfait Recipe

  • 2 parfait glasses

Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1 cups strawberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the berries. Cut the stems off the strawberries and cut them in quarters.
  • In your parfait glass, layer the parfait ingredients. Start with berries in the bottom of the glass. Then add a layer of yogurt. Repeat with more berries and more yogurt.
  • Add your granola or other crunchy topping and finish with extra berries on top.
  • Serve immediately.
