Hibachi Recipes
I love everything about Hibachi restaurants. It's a fun dinner out with the family. But, I also love cooking and saving money by eating at home. After I learned how to make hibachi chicken and steak at home, I was hooked.
Here, I have everything you need from the secret to hibachi butter, the great main dishes, and dipping sauces that pull it all together.
Cooking a great hibachi dinner at home should be broken up into 3 parts. First, you'll want to make all of your dipping sauces, hibachi butter, and salad dressing. These can be done ahead of time and set aside. Next, prepare all of the ingredients for your main dishes and vegetables.
After making these recipes dozens of time, I know that being organized and prepared with clean plates to remove your cooked food is a must. The last step is actually cooking your protein, vegetables, and side dish. The best piece of equipment for hibachi is a some sort of griddle. A large flat top griddle like a Blackstone griddle or Traeger Flat Top are ideal.
