- ¼ cup avocado oil or preferred cooking oil
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Meat
- 2-3 pounds desired meat steak, chicken, pork

Marinade in refrigerator 2-4 hours.
Turn on grill to medium-high heat or 375-400 F.
Grill meat to desired doneness.
