Basic Meat Marinade

Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup avocado oil or preferred cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Meat

  • 2-3 pounds desired meat steak, chicken, pork

Instructions

  • Mix all marinade ingredients in a zip-top bag and add your choice of meat.
  • Marinade in refrigerator 2-4 hours.
  • Turn on grill to medium-high heat or 375-400 F.
  • Grill meat to desired doneness.
  • Rest the meat before slicing and serving.
