Ingredients

  • 12 ounces prosciutto
  • 10 ounces salami
  • 10 ounces turkey
  • 12 ounces soft herb cheese
  • 12 ounces hard cheese
  • 12 ounces brie cheese
  • 1 cup cut vegetables
  • cup ranch dip
  • 1 cup fresh fruit
  • 4 ounces spread or jam
  • 4 ounces dijon mustard
  • ½ cup marinated olives or pickles
  • 8 ounces chocolate easter candy
  • ½ cup mixed nuts
  • ½ cup dried fruit
  • 3 cups crackers served separately

Prepare Each Ingredient Group

  • Prepare the cheeses. Cut and arrange cheese as desired.
  • Arrange the meats. Fold, pile, or roll the charcuterie meats.
  • Wash, peel, and cut the vegetables.
