Easy Jack Daniel's Whiskey Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 14 ounce Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 teaspoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Jack Daniel's Whiskey

Instructions

  • Before you heat anything up, line your baking dish with parchment or wax paper and set it aside.
  • Heat a medium-sauce pan over medium-low heat. Add the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla.
  • Using a wooden spoon or rubber spatula, stir the fudge mixture continuously until it is completely smooth.
  • Shut of the heat and add the whiskey. Stir that in really well.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into your prepared pan, cover and let it set at room temperature for 3 or more hours.

Notes

*You can speed up the setting time by placing the fudge in the refrigerator to set up in less time. Refrigerating should set the fudge in about 2 hours and then be ready to cut.
