Garlic Butter for Steak Recipe

Unsalted butter is combined with grated garlic, minced parsley, and Worcestershire sauce for a delicious steak topping.

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, add one stick of room temperature butter.
  • Peel bowl garlic cloves. Using a microplane, grate the cloves of garlic into the room temperature butter.
  • Wash and mince the parsley. Add it to the butter.
  • Next, add the Worcestershire sauce and season with a pinch of salt.
  • Use a spatula to combine all of the ingredients or combine the ingredients in a mini food processor and mix until the butter is completely combined.
  • Transfer to an airtight container or wrap in plastic wrap until you are ready to use it.
