Preheat your oven to 275˚
Remove the Kirkland Signature ham from the packaging. Make sure to discard the plastic button over the ham bone on the flat side of the ham. Place the ham in a large roasting pan or baking dish FLAT SIDE down.
Add ½ cup of water to the baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Place this in the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes per pound. This should be approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Make the Glaze
Heat a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add the contents of the brown sugar packet that came with the ham and 1 tablespoon of bbq rub, 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of chicken stock.
Bring the mixture up to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook until the glaze is completely smooth.
Glaze the Ham
Remove the aluminum foil from the ham. Turn the ham on its side and brush the glaze all over. Make sure to get the glaze in between the slices.
Increase the temperature to 375 and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Slice and serve immediately.
