Ingredients

  • 11 pound Spiral Ham Kirkland Signature
  • 3 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ Rub
  • 3 tablespoon Chicken Stock
  • 1 Brown Sugar Glaze Packet

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 275˚
  • Remove the Kirkland Signature ham from the packaging. Make sure to discard the plastic button over the ham bone on the flat side of the ham. Place the ham in a large roasting pan or baking dish FLAT SIDE down.
  • Add ½ cup of water to the baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Place this in the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes per pound. This should be approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Make the Glaze

  • Heat a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the contents of the brown sugar packet that came with the ham and 1 tablespoon of bbq rub, 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of chicken stock.
  • Bring the mixture up to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook until the glaze is completely smooth.

Glaze the Ham

  • Remove the aluminum foil from the ham. Turn the ham on its side and brush the glaze all over. Make sure to get the glaze in between the slices.
  • Increase the temperature to 375 and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Slice and serve immediately.
