Wash and dry all of your produce.

Cut the salami, provolone cheese, olives, and pepperoncini into thin strips.
Now that all of your ingredients are ready, start laying out the foods on your large board.
Transfer wet items like the sliced pepperoncini and marinated olives to small bowls so that they don't mix with the other toppings.
Place your small bowls on the board on opposite sides from each other.
Now you can add your other prepared vegetables like the cucumber, tomatoes, and lettuce.
Finish by adding bowl of croutons and small pitchers or bowls of salad dressing.
