Equipment

  • 1 Large Board or Serving Platter
  • 4 Small to Medium Bowls
  • 2 Small Pitchers for Salad Dressing
  • 1 serving tongs

Ingredients

  • 8 cups Romain lettuce
  • 4 cups Leafy spring mix
  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 whole Seedless Cucumber
  • ½ cup Red Onion
  • 1 cup Pepperoncini
  • 1 cup Olives Marinated Kalamata, Green, or Black Olives
  • 8 ounces Sliced Salami
  • 8 ounces Sliced Provolone Cheese
  • 1 cup Vinaigrette
  • 1 ½ cups Croutons
  • 1 cup Parmesan Crisps

Instructions

  • Wash and dry all of your produce.
  • Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  • Prepare the rest of the vegetables: cut the tomatoes in half, quarter the cucumber, and thinly slice the red onion.
  • Cut the salami, provolone cheese, olives, and pepperoncini into thin strips.
  • Now that all of your ingredients are ready, start laying out the foods on your large board.
  • Transfer wet items like the sliced pepperoncini and marinated olives to small bowls so that they don't mix with the other toppings.
  • Place your small bowls on the board on opposite sides from each other.
  • Now you can add your other prepared vegetables like the cucumber, tomatoes, and lettuce.
  • Finish by adding bowl of croutons and small pitchers or bowls of salad dressing.
