Patriotic Fruit Salad Recipe
This fruit salad is the perfect combination of fresh berries and start shaped apples or peaches with a bright and sweet syrup for a great red, white, and blue fruit salad.

- 2 pints strawberries
- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 pint blueberries
- 2 honey crisp apples
- 1 orange juiced
- 1 lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon honey
- fresh mint optional
Get Recipe Ingredients
Wash the berries and let them air dry on paper towels. When the strawberries are dry, remove the top stem and cut them in half.
Wash and peel the apples. Cut the apples into ¼" slices. Using a mini star shaped cookie cutter, punch out star shapes.
In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, orange juice, and honey.
Add all of the prepared fruit to a large bowl and pour the fruit dressing over. Gently fold the salad with the syrup until all of the fruit is coated.
Keep the salad refrigerated in an airtight container until you are ready to serve.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
