Traeger Grill Frozen Pizza Recipe

Make a quick and delicious pizza dinner using frozen pizza shells, your favorite pizza toppings, and cook it all on your Traeger Grill.

Equipment

  • Signature Wood Pellets or favorite wood pellet blend
  • large cutting board
  • Pizza Cutter

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen cheese pizza
  • 3 ounces sliced pepperoni
  • 2 ounces cooked Italian sausage
  • 2 ounces canadian bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat your pellet grill to 450F or set it to high temperature if you do not have a digital setting on your Traeger.
  • While the pellet smoker preheats for 15 minutes, assemble your pizza toppings.
  • Add the pizza toppings to your frozen pizza shell in an even layer. Avoid overcrowding or adding to many ingredients.
  • Once the pellet smoker has reached 450F add the pizza and close the lid.
  • Cook the pizza for the recommended minutes listed on the box from the packaged directions. Usually 12-15 minutes at high temperatures.
  • After the crust has cooked through and the cheese is completely melted, remove the pizza to a large cutting board.
  • Cut the pizza and serve.

Notes

Choose whatever pizza toppings you like. Make this your own with additional vegetables, meats, cheeses, and finishing sauces.
