Preparing the Ingredients
Prepare 1 ½ pounds of sirloin steak or your preferred beef by cutting it into 1" cubes.
Marinade the cut steak in your favorite marinade for 2-4 hours.
While the steak marinades, prepare the vegetables. Cut the bell pepper and onion into 1" pieces. Clean the mushrooms. Drizzle the vegetables with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grilling the Steak Kabobs
Preheat your Traeger Grill to 425˚F for 15 minutes with the lid closed.
While the grill preheats, assemble the skewers. Alternating one piece of steak with 1 mushroom or sliced bell pepper and onion. Repeat until each skewer has 5-6 pieces of steak and vegetables.
After the grill has preheated for 15 minutes with the lid closed, place the kabobs directly on the grill grates and cook for 6-7 minutes.
Flip the kabobs and grill for another 6-7 minutes.
Remove the steak kabobs from the grill when the internal temperature of the steak reaches 130-135 degress F.
Serve and enjoy.
