Breakfast is an important key to starting the day off right. These are my go to options for simple, healthy, and tasty AM meals. Most mornings they need to be fast and small to get me out the door. Some days it's just a piece of fruit and my coffee, but other days I make these dishes to give myself a balanced helping of protein, fat, and carbs.
